Degree and Doctorate in Law from the University of Valencia (1994 and 1998). Professor of Labor and Social Security Law at the University of Valencia. Former Professor at the University of Estema, and visiting professor at the Institute of European and Comparative Law of the University of Oxford, Max Planck Institute of Munich and Scuelo de Giurisprudenza of the University of Bologna. Member of the Advisory Board of the Revista Derecho de la Seguridad Social, and external evaluator of the Editorial of the University of Alicante.

Of Counsel of the Labor Area of Alentta since 2021, he has extensive teaching and research experience in Labor Law, Social Security and Prevention of Occupational Risks, in addition to participating in prestigious journals specialized in the aforementioned subjects. He has collaborated in monthly sections of prestigious publishing houses such as Aranzadi, Lefebvre and Wolters Kluwer.
