He started practicing law on his own account in 1995. He has always been involved in the resolution of civil and criminal procedural matters, in different business and economic areas: banking law, bankruptcy law, leasing processes, directors' liability, economic crimes, etc.
He is a specialist in the implementation of Criminal Compliance Programs in groups of companies. He is also an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court of Valencia, being his regular intervention, both in civil and arbitration, in the defense of companies and individuals.
